San Diego Athlete Portraits Session with Greg Monera
My latest San Diego Athlete Portraits session was a blast. I did a sport portrait session with Greg a few weeks ago. Our session was at Torrey Pines. It rained most of the time and we shot between showers. The clouds made a great background though.
I wanted these photos to have an epic feel. I underexposed the background and used a few strobes to light Greg up and get him to pop off the background.

Family Portraits with the Muhl Family – Rancho Bernardo Inn
Rancho Bernardo Inn Family Portrait Session
I had an awesome time photographing the Muhl family at Rancho Bernardo Inn a few weeks ago. The Muhls were planning on staying there after Thanksgiving and they wanted to book a session to take advantage of the awesome Rancho Bernardo Inn and the beautiful Christmas Decorations. I called and confirmed we had permission to shoot with the RB Inn marketing department.
The weekend before our session I took my family for a walk around RB Inn. This being my first time making photos here, I wanted to scout out locations. I found plenty of indoor and outdoor locations that would make great photos.
The day of the session came and It was raining cats and dogs. I met the Muhls and we started indoor while the rain passed. We lucked out and the rain stopped long enough to do some outdoor photos. Here are some of my favorites from the session.

Family Portraits with the Porco Family – San Diego
Seaport Village Family Portrait Session
We had the honor of photographing the Porco family this last weekend. The session was for seven adults and four kids. We made our way around Seaport Village to the locations I scouted out that morning. The weather was beautiful and I am very happy with the images from this session. Here are some of my favorites.
